Welcome to TRKVLT. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TRKVLT website, mobile application, digital products, beat packs, audio previews, downloads, licenses, checkout experience, customer account features, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”
By accessing or using TRKVLT, creating an account, previewing audio, purchasing a product, downloading files, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About TRKVLT
TRKVLT provides digital music products and related content, including but not limited to beat packs, individual beats, audio previews, stems, trackouts, license agreements, digital downloads, creator content, and related materials.
TRKVLT products are intended for artists, songwriters, producers, content creators, and other users seeking licensed music production for creative projects.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts
Some features may require a customer account. Accounts may be powered by Shopify Customer Accounts or another third-party account provider.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access, email address, verification codes, and any activity that occurs through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current.
TRKVLT may suspend or restrict access to accounts that are suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, chargeback abuse, violation of license terms, or misuse of the Service.
4. Account Deletion
If you create an account, you may request account deletion from within the app or by contacting us at:
When we receive an account deletion request, we will review and process the request according to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback, security, accounting, licensing, or legitimate business purposes.
5. Digital Products
TRKVLT sells digital products. Digital products may include:
- Beat packs
- Individual beats
- MP3 files
- WAV files
- Stems
- Trackouts
- License agreements
- Downloadable bundles
- Digital audio files
- Creator content
- Other related digital products
Because these products are digital and may be delivered or accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
6. Product Descriptions and Availability
We try to display product descriptions, prices, license options, included files, previews, and product information as accurately as possible.
However, we do not guarantee that all product information is error-free, complete, current, or always available.
TRKVLT reserves the right to correct errors, update product details, change prices, update license terms, remove products, modify bundles, or discontinue products at any time.
If an error affects your order, we may contact you to resolve the issue.
7. Audio Previews
Audio previews are provided for demonstration and browsing purposes only.
You may not download, rip, record, reproduce, sample, distribute, monetize, sell, lease, license, upload, or otherwise use preview audio unless you have purchased the applicable license and received the authorized files.
Preview audio may contain tags, watermarks, edits, compression, or shortened arrangements.
8. Purchases and Payment
Purchases may be processed through Shopify Checkout or another authorized payment provider.
TRKVLT does not directly collect, store, or process your full credit card number. Payment information is processed by Shopify and/or the applicable payment provider.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and payment information.
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, fees, and payment-processing charges may apply depending on your location and the payment method used.
9. Digital Delivery
After purchase, digital files may be delivered through Shopify, Fileflare, email, account library access, download links, or another digital delivery provider.
Delivery may depend on successful payment confirmation, customer account access, fraud checks, or third-party delivery systems.
You are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout and maintaining access to that email account.

10. Downloads and File Access
Download access may be limited by order status, customer account access, file availability, or security controls.
You agree not to share, resell, publish, leak, redistribute, upload, transfer, or provide download links or purchased files to unauthorized third parties.
TRKVLT may disable download links or account access if we detect unauthorized sharing, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or license violations.
11. Music Licenses
Purchasing a TRKVLT product grants you only the rights described in the applicable license agreement, product page, checkout page, or delivered license document.
Your license may vary depending on the option selected at purchase, such as Basic, Premium, Unlimited, Exclusive, or another license tier.
Unless specifically stated in writing, a purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying composition, master recording, sound recording, samples, brand, artwork, or intellectual property.
You are responsible for reading and understanding the license terms before using the product.
12. License Restrictions
Unless your specific license agreement allows it, you may not:
- Resell the beat, beat pack, stems, or trackouts as your own standalone product
- Repackage or redistribute the files
- Upload the beat as-is to streaming platforms
- Claim sole ownership of the original beat
- Register the instrumental as your own composition without authorization
- Sell or license the beat to another person
- Use preview audio without purchasing a license
- Share download links or files with unauthorized users
- Use the files in unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringing content
- Use the TRKVLT name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement without permission
Your rights are limited to the license tier purchased.
13. Exclusive Licenses
If an exclusive license is offered and purchased, the specific rights, limitations, and removal rules will be governed by the applicable license agreement.
An exclusive license does not automatically remove or invalidate prior licenses sold before the exclusive purchase unless the license agreement states otherwise.
TRKVLT may remove or mark a product as unavailable after an exclusive purchase, but prior customers may retain rights already granted under their existing licenses.
14. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Because TRKVLT sells digital products that may be accessed, downloaded, or delivered immediately, sales are generally final once files, download links, or license materials have been delivered or accessed.
Refunds may be considered in limited cases, such as duplicate charges, missing files, incorrect delivery, or technical issues we cannot resolve.

15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving digital files, license materials, or access to downloads, TRKVLT may suspend your account, disable downloads, revoke access, or contest the dispute with proof of delivery and use.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account restrictions.
16. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service
- Use bots, automation, or unauthorized scripts
- Attempt to bypass checkout, licensing, access controls, or download restrictions
- Share unauthorized access to your account
- Misrepresent your identity or payment information
- Upload, submit, or transmit harmful code
- Use the Service to violate another person’s rights
We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
17. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the TRKVLT name, logo, app design, website design, graphics, artwork, audio previews, product structure, product descriptions, text, videos, icons, and other content, is owned by or licensed to TRKVLT and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, display, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Service except as expressly allowed by these Terms or your purchased license.
18. User Content and Feedback
If you submit comments, testimonials, reviews, feedback, messages, or other content to TRKVLT, you grant us permission to use, display, reproduce, modify, and share that content for customer support, marketing, product improvement, and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate another person’s rights.
19. Third-Party Services
TRKVLT may use third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Shopify
- Shopify Checkout
- Shopify Customer Accounts
- Fileflare or digital delivery providers
- Formspree or support-form providers
- Wistia or video providers
- Expo or app-development services
- Payment processors
- Email and support tools
Your use of third-party features may also be subject to those third parties’ own terms and privacy policies.
TRKVLT is not responsible for third-party service outages, payment failures, delayed downloads, account-provider issues, email-delivery problems, or other third-party errors outside our control.
20. App Store and Platform Terms
If you download or use the TRKVLT app through Apple’s App Store or another app marketplace, your use may also be subject to that platform’s terms, rules, and policies.
Apple and other platform providers are not responsible for TRKVLT’s content, digital products, customer support, warranties, or claims, except as required by applicable platform terms or law.
21. Availability and Updates
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
Some features may require an internet connection, customer account access, third-party services, or a compatible device.
22. No Professional Advice
TRKVLT may provide general information about music licensing, production, beat usage, or creator workflows. This information is for general educational purposes only and is not legal, financial, publishing, copyright, or business advice.
You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals regarding your own legal, royalty, publishing, tax, or business decisions.
23. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all digital products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
TRKVLT makes no warranties that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Digital files will meet your specific creative expectations
- A beat will guarantee streams, sales, placements, income, or success
- Downloads will always be available indefinitely
- Third-party services will operate without interruption
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRKVLT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, creative opportunities, or goodwill.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRKVLT’s total liability for any claim related to the Service or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
25. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TRKVLT, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of a license agreement
- Your misuse or unauthorized distribution of digital files
- Your infringement of another person’s rights
- Your unlawful conduct
- Your content, releases, uploads, or commercial use of purchased products
26. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, violated a license agreement, engaged in fraud, abused refunds or chargebacks, shared unauthorized files, or misused the Service.
Termination does not remove your obligation to comply with license restrictions, payment obligations, intellectual property rights, and any terms that reasonably survive termination.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we update the Terms, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
28. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
