When you purchase a beat pack from TRKVLT, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the beats in your original music productions for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

Distribution

You may distribute your original works containing our beats across all platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, and others without restriction or royalty payments.

Resale & Sharing

The beats themselves may not be resold, redistributed, or shared. Your license is personal to you. Do not share download links or provide beats to others.

Trademark

You may not use the TRKVLT name or logo in your work or marketing without explicit written permission from TRKVLT LLC.

Modification

Full editing rights included. Modify, chop, remix, and customize beats however you want for your productions.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Once your download link has been provided, no refunds will be issued. Download responsibly.
