TRKVLT โ Beat Licensing Explained
Thank you for choosing TRKVLT. This guide explains how our beat licenses work so you know exactly what youโre getting with your purchase.
๐น What Youโre Purchasing
When you purchase a beat pack from TRKVLT, you are purchasing a license to use the beats, not ownership of the beats themselves.
All beats are created and owned by Ryan Perkins, operating under the brand TRKVLT.
๐น What You ARE Allowed To Do
With your license, you may:

Record vocals over the beats
โ
Release songs commercially
โ
Upload music to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)

Use the beats in social media content
โ
Perform the songs live (within license limits)
โ
Monetize your content
๐น Usage Limits (Standard License)
Each beat pack includes:

Up to 1,000,000 audio streams

Up to 1,000,000 video views

1 monetized music video
-
1 paid live performance
-
Unlimited non-monetized performances
If your release exceeds these limits, you must upgrade your license.
๐น What You CANNOT Do
You may not:
โ Resell, redistribute, or give away the beats
โ Upload beats as standalone files
โ Claim ownership or authorship of the instrumental
โ Register the beat with Content ID systems
โ Use the beats for hateful, illegal, or harmful content
๐น Credit Requirement
You must credit the producer as:
โProd. by TRKVLTโ
Credit should appear anywhere credits are listed (YouTube description, DSP metadata, etc.).
๐น Trackouts / Stems
Trackouts (individual stems) are not included unless specifically purchased as an add-on.
If included, they may be used for mixing and arrangement purposes only.
Ownership of all stems remains with TRKVLT.
๐น Ownership & Copyright
All beats remain the exclusive property of TRKVLT / Ryan Perkins.
This license grants usage rights only, not ownership or copyright transfer.
๐น Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds or exchanges are not available.
