TRKVLT – Beat Licensing Explained
Thank you for choosing TRKVLT. This guide explains how our beat licenses work so you know exactly what you’re getting with your purchase.
🔹 What You’re Purchasing
When you purchase a beat pack from TRKVLT, you are purchasing a license to use the beats, not ownership of the beats themselves.
All beats are created and owned by Ryan Perkins, operating under the brand TRKVLT.
🔹 What You ARE Allowed To Do
With your license, you may:
✅ Record vocals over the beats
✅ Release songs commercially
✅ Upload music to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)
✅ Use the beats in social media content
✅ Perform the songs live (within license limits)
✅ Monetize your content
🔹 Usage Limits (Standard License)
Each beat pack includes:

Up to 1,000,000 audio streams

Up to 1,000,000 video views

1 monetized music video
-
1 paid live performance
-
Unlimited non-monetized performances
If your release exceeds these limits, you must upgrade your license.
🔹 What You CANNOT Do
You may not:
❌ Resell, redistribute, or give away the beats
❌ Upload beats as standalone files
❌ Claim ownership or authorship of the instrumental
❌ Register the beat with Content ID systems
❌ Use the beats for hateful, illegal, or harmful content
🔹 Credit Requirement
You must credit the producer as:
“Prod. by TRKVLT”
Credit should appear anywhere credits are listed (YouTube description, DSP metadata, etc.).
🔹 Trackouts / Stems
Trackouts (individual stems) are not included unless specifically purchased as an add-on.
If included, they may be used for mixing and arrangement purposes only.
Ownership of all stems remains with TRKVLT.
🔹 Ownership & Copyright
All beats remain the exclusive property of TRKVLT / Ryan Perkins.
This license grants usage rights only, not ownership or copyright transfer.
🔹 Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds or exchanges are not available.
